Source transparency
Every published story cluster links to its original reporting and shows how coverage is distributed across the spectrum. State stories require at least two independent publishers; national and world stories require five.
Independent corroboration
Each statement in a facts-only report requires support from at least two independent reports or confirmation from a primary document. Syndicated copies count as one source.
Human accountability
Automated analysis is reviewed when confidence is low, when sources materially disagree, or when a story creates heightened legal, safety, or reputational risk.
Publisher rights
We publish original analysis and limited metadata or excerpts, honor publisher restrictions, and remove or correct material when warranted.

Send correction requests to corrections@politimeter.com. Requests should include the story URL, disputed statement, and supporting source.
